Trust, integrity, and reliability that goes beyond lip service.

Over the years, we’ve found the best way to gauge our company’s business success has been by focusing on the success of our customers. With a 95% retention rate serving hundreds of customers throughout the country, we’ve experienced first hand the satisfaction that comes with doing a job well done. This is really important to us.

We don’t compete directly with other billing service providers. Our competition is Nordstrom, Starbucks, Southwest Airlines, and Costco. Why? Because these companies are raising the bar to new heights in “service expectation.” That’s also our philosophy but with one small difference—we’re aiming to raise that bar higher than ever before!

Our Passion
Everything we do at BestBill is measured against something we call the “Emphatic Great.” What exactly does that mean? Well, when we ask you, “How are we doing?” we are pursuing a purposeful response. Our desire is to serve you so well that you answer with a resounding, emphatic “GREAT!” The Emphatic Great philosophy makes us different. It typifies who we are, what we do, and how we work—for you. It means that we combine innovation with unexpected service to solve real business problems. When you get to know us you will get to know The Emphatic Great. < back to top >

Our Awards

Small Business of the Year Winner
The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce (GPCC) selected BestBill as the Small Business of the Year winner at its 19th Annual Business Awards Ceremony. The award recognizes outstanding innovation, response to adversity, community involvement, as well as an exhibition of overall success and achievement.

Nominees for the award must show successful growth and profitability, have operated for at least three years, and have 100 or fewer employees. BestBill has been a Top 10 Finalist for three years running. The GPCC is the nation's fifth largest Chamber representing more than 5,200 members.

An Arizona Company to WatchSM
BestBill has been selected as an “Arizona Company To WatchSM” by the Arizona Small Business Association. The prestigious “Companies to Watch” awards identify and celebrate businesses moving successfully through second-stage growth and recognize how they pursue innovation, interact with their communities and treat their employees.

Co-hosted with the Edward Lowe Foundation, the awards achieve an important goal: to champion the entrepreneurial spirit… “because that spirit is the cornerstone of free enterprise,” says Darlene Lowe, Chairperson.

Arizona Companies to Watch have annual revenue or working capital between $1 million and $100 million, employ 10 to 100 employees, and carry with them the "intent and capacity to grow.” Several hundred companies were nominated of which only 50 received the award. < back to top >

Paying it Forward
The philosophy of serving the community reaches out past office walls. BestBill is a corporate partner of the “Annual Baby Diaper Drive” assisting Homeward Bound, a transitional housing program helping families with children affected by domestic violence or homelessness. Working with others, our efforts contributed to raising $60,000 and collecting over 55,000 diapers.

BestBill supports several mentoring programs as well. “Camp CEO,” a leadership program for high school girls and the Women’s Enterprise Foundation, which supports women entrepreneurs, are two such programs. The way we reach out to the community are natural extensions of who we are. Our company and employees give generously, willingly and often and have a true desire to make a real difference. < back to top >
