Arizona Tile is the largest independently owned importer of ceramic/porcelain tile and natural stone slabs in the United States, with 23 retail locations across seven Western U.S. states and is known as a premier distributor to commercial and homebuilders delivering beautiful natural stone and tile products.

Opportunity
Arizona Tile identified their invoicing process had not evolved and grown as their company had. It was a slow, labor intensive and manual process. Stacks of invoices were reviewed daily for errors or special handling and then passed to the receptionist to insert by hand “when she had time.” Furthermore, Arizona Tile didn’t have the ability to combine invoices that were being sent to the same buyer costing them thousands of dollars in postage.

The company had customer support issues as well. Buyers would call on a daily basis and request a copy of their signed pick ticket, confirming that the product was received. This process would take days for personnel to research and resolve. And, of course, this kind of ineffective process delayed payment.

Real Results
